Role Description
This full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role is located in Kota. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring high-quality customer experience, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also be responsible for analyzing. sales and revenue data, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with other teams to develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in , hospitality management, or related field
2+ years of experience in cinema management, hospitality management, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
Experience in sales and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
