Job Descriptions: Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches. Handling a team of on-roll managers. Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion. Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks. To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients. Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching. Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions. Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values. Principal Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for achievement of the Branch Mortgage sales numbers. Business development through internal and external channels Co-ordination with Customers for All Loans like Gold loan, Personal loan, Home loans, Credit cards etc.. applications and conversion till disbursal stage Ensure discrepant free submission of applications at the Regional Processing Centers Training and knowledge development of Branch staff through engagement with the Sales Quality Coaches. Requirements Any Graduate Sound knowledge of associated processes - operations, credit policy, disbursals, legal etc. Good communication, internal-personal and team management skills Salary:- 4.20 to 6:00 LPA + Incentives.
