JOB DESCRIPTION :

Invoice Processing – Po and Non PO

· Good understanding on invoice mismatch due to price, quantity, tax etc. variance.

· Knowledge of payment processing and Banking

· Knowledge of urgent payment/wire payments

· Vendor query resolution through emails

· Good knowledge of excel.

· Employee expense Processing

· Hands on experience on Vendor Statement Reconciliation

· Vendor Clearing of aged invoices and on hold invoice

· Other monthly AP reporting

· Good written and verbal communication

· Hands on working knowledge of Oracle

· CTC – 4.75 LPA Max

· Req ID – 160011 – Process specialist

· Shift Rotational

· Exp 2 - 4 yrs

· Education - Graduation BCOM/ BBA

· Excellent Communication .

· Preferred Immediate Joiners
