Base Location: Mumbai Harbour Line
Experience: 4-5 Years ONLY
Salary: up to 40,000/-
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Industry: Medical Equipment(Hearing Aids)
Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Establish productive and professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Grow revenue from current and new customer base.
Implement locally all national promotions and programs.
Check whether the Sales/Margin and collection target met or exceeded.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship.
Market feedback on competitors activity and offerings.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in selling Hearing aids to Hospitals and institutes.
Ready to travel 15 - 17 days in a month
Basic knowledge of geography & language in the area assigned to him.
