Managing Head Count All vacant positions for the store should be completed as per agreed time lines Timely & Accurately 3P salary payout (100% of the stores accurately & timely) Ensure that 3 P salaries are paid on time, precisely, matching the biometic attendance with Valuemoves with zero manual intervention HR Services ( D Mart Employees) Ensure timely completion of various HR Task e.g. Timely updation of leave records in ESS, Timely Confirmation/ Transfer action in system/ F&F settlement and also ensuring due acknowledgements are taken and shared with corp. HR MIS Timely & Accurate updating of varioius HR related Trackers and enusre that HR officers also do the same Build team and talent Visit all store as per schedule, coach & mentor the store HR officers on system gaps and prorities Employee Engagement Ensure the employee engagement activates are carried out as per calendar and attend the same
