Architect 10+ Years

Should have mandatory 10+ Years’ experience in the interior projects
- Must have excellent production drawing knowledge for interior fittings
- Excellent knowledge of Sketchup or 3Ds max is mandatory
- Meeting with clients for discussion and understanding specifications.
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for Customers.
- Coordinate with site executives for the practicality and accessibility of the design.
- Create working drawings for the execution of projects and communicate the same to the execution team.
- Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences and providing Product Demo at site
- Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Work with the Principal Architect and Lead Interior Designer
- Preparing conceptual drawings, working drawings, and presentations for both Architectural and Interior Design projects
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal departments viz., Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Landscape Designers, Project Managers etc, and ensure that the project deadlines are met.
- Lead and guide Jr Architects, Draftsmen, Interns of the company
- Do site visits for quality checks whenever necessary, for both architectural and interiors projects
- Cross checking the drawings and giving approvals before issuing to the site
- Prepare BOQs, Budgeting, and Project Schedule for both architectural and interiors projects
- Architectural design development, space planning & detailing
- Assist in reviewing project proposals and specifications
- Prepare documents and presentations required for projects
• *Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
