(Please note these positions are ONLY for our India office).Job Overview:We are seeking a talented Android Native Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. The role requires a deep understanding of Android development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job Requirements and Skills:Should have 5 to 7 years of experience working on Native android applications.Experience in using Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK.Must have good knowledge of Git, BitBucket, GitHub.Proven work experience in design patterns such as MVVM/MVC/MVPFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of hybrid app development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus.Understanding of database design and development (SQLite, Room).Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications.Familiarity with various testing tools.You are a problem solver with good analytical skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for Android applications.Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and security.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso) and continuous integration.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and written English skills (This is very important).Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.A firm grasp of Computer Science fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.Perks and Benefits:Medical Insurance for Employees, spouse, childrenAccidental Life InsuranceProvident FundEmployee Referral BonusesReimbursement for high-speed Internet at homeOne month free stay in our guesthouse (for employees moving from other cities)Pluxee(Sodexo) Tax-Free benefitsOther Bonuses, as determined by management from time to timeFree lunch
