1. Role
1. recording Sales Invoice
2. recording Purchase Invoice
3. recording Cash Vouchers
4. preparation of Cheque payments
2. Responsibility
3. Recording & management of Sales\Purchase\Cash Records.
4. Preparation of all payment requirements.
5. Timely approvals on Invoice records from the concerned Heads/departments.
6. Periodic reconciliation of bank statements.
7. Ledger confirmation & assistance in Audits.
8. Compliance to all SOP & guidelines.
9. Assistance in Weekly/Monthly reports wherever required.
