Job description
Position: Accountant | Bangalore (04 to 07-year exp)
Salary : 4,00,000 to 4,50,000 Lacs PA
Position Summary:
Should ensure that the person can handle the Company Accounts/Finance/Taxation activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain all accounting transaction.
Maintain Tally entries, GST Filing, Finalization of accounts / TDS Returns
Creating and processing invoices. / Eway Bills / Import Documentation, IGST Payment & TT Payments
Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Maintain company's accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Tracking organization expenses.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Rreturns, GST & Income tax related documents and returns & PF, ESIC, PT/TDS Challans.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Education Qualification and Experience
MBA- Finance (Full time) or CA Inter / Final
Critical for the role
Work experience as an Accountant in Manufacturing Industry is preferable
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Proficiency in Computer skills, MS office and Tally.
Excellent communication skills English languages.
Disciplined, Hardworking, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the organization functioning
Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible, willing to work with and through others
