Job Description:-
Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily activities of the accounts departments and ensuring that all periodical
reports/ statutory compliances mainly in respect, Income Tax Laws, GST Laws and other
relevant Rules & Regulation are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP/ Auditing standards and all
applicable laws, including relevant taxation laws and RERA are attended/ complied with in
timely manner.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders and external
parties, such as vendors or lenders or regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits and
finalization of Accounts in consultation of Auditors/ Consultants.
• Keeping update regarding the latest regulatory/ taxation development including regulations
related to Real Estate business/ RERA.
• Working knowledge of all applicable laws and Rules & Regulation (including taxation, GST
and other applicable laws so that all legal compliances can be attended in timely manner.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare periodical MIS to be presented before management.
• Proficiency with computers, especially for MS Office as well as software related to
Accounting and Tax Compliance
