Account Executive

We at Zipteams are looking for an Account Executive to serve our customers with a great onboarding and service experience.

Zipteams is a Sales SaaS platform that enables inside sales teams with conversational & and contextual intelligence to improve their sales conversions with every customer call they do.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relationship skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish our growing monetization channels and deliver revenue for the company

• Show ownership of your markets and bring to bear your network to drive growth

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely execution of projects

• Work autonomously developing the market, frequently traveling as needed

• Demonstrate how users can utilize Zipteams in a variety of ways, through calls, demonstrations, and presentations

• Build and improve relationships with our customers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software platform solutions

• Ability to understand the SaaS products in-depth and communicate their benefits to both technical and non-technical customers

• Strong interest in mobile technology and ability to understand how technology works at a high level

• A strong work ethic and internal commitment to producing results

• Data-driven, and experienced in running a pipeline using a CRM or similar SFA tool

• Humility, result-oriented, and a customer-first mentality

• Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company, selling SaaS solutions
