Urgent Requirement for Accountant Executive - To update and maintain Tally - Assist in Monthly management account preparation - Production of profit and loss statement - To complete and maintain sales invoices and reports - Accruals & prepayments - Preparation of the Accounts Pack for review - Bank reconciliation, Accounting and balancing - Weekly wages, petty cash and another journal Accounting - Daily bank receipts Accounting - Set up new suppliers on accounting software - Reports on debtors and creditors - GST return preparation - Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. - Preparing statutory accounts. - Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. - Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily Accountant and answering any queries. - Reconciling GST, finance accounts and direct debits. - Weekly site employees imprest maintenance and labour data maintenance - HR work like salary calculaltion, ESI PF generation, basic employee data maintenance - To work with sincerity, self -motivation, due diligence, punctuality and the effort to go beyond the ordinary.
