We are hiring for Part Time job vacancy at TekIT Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Candidates applying for Account Executive jobs in Indore should have a minimum experience of 5 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Handling day to day Bank transactions
· Bank, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables Reconciliation
· Managing all financial & accounting operations for the Organization
· Preparing & Uploading Bank Files for Cheques & Initiating fund transfer
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in books of accounts
· Preparing Monthly MIS Report.
· Knowledge of the Taxation and Accounts finalization especially on the filing of TDS,
· GST, and other taxation aspects.
· Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
· Liaise with internal and external auditors.
· Forecast tax predications to senior managers
· All other Compliance as and when required
· All other work as and when assigned by the Superiors
Experience with accounting software's ( Tally 9.0 with ERP 9,)
