Job Title: Academic Coordinator for International Curriculum (Pre-Primary 1 to Grade 5)

Job Description: As the Team Lead for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (CAIE) at Kunskapsskolan International, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the Cambridge program. You will lead a team of educators, ensuring the effective delivery and administration of the Cambridge Pre-primary and Primary curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field of Education.

· Certified teacher with a track record of successful teaching experience in an International curriculum.

· Proven experience in pedagogical leadership within an educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Management: Oversee the implementation and ongoing development of the Cambridge curriculum for the said grades. Collaborate with subject teachers to ensure alignment, quality, and compliance with Cambridge standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Cambridge team of teachers. Mentor and support teachers in their professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Assessment: Ensure compliance with Cambridge regulations and guidelines for examination administration. Oversee the examination process and maintain accurate records of student's examination results.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor teaching practices and classroom engagement and experiences to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and Cambridge requirements. Encourage professional development opportunities for team members.
• Parent and Community Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and engaging them in their child's education.
