3rd shift-Maintenance Technician

Your challenge...

You troubleshoot equipment issues & improvement projects

You follow preventative maintenance ranges and auto-maintenance ranges (documentary aspect)

You stock management of spare components and industrial supply

You are responsible for building maintenance

You ensure the treatment and the recording of maintenance operations

You react to potential issues to support production and ensure delivery to customer

You support production in contingency plan preparation and application

You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of maintenance area

You apply safety rules with immediate reaction in case of detected dangerous situation

You ensure that all safety devices of machines are operational before their restart after maintenance intervention

You propose preventive maintenance improvements in order to reduce reliability issues

You realize 2nd level of maintenance operations

You solve maintenance issues in case of machine breakdown

You escalate deviations after machine observation in curative or preventive maintenance

You escalate deviations detected in spare part warehouse

You watch over and pilot sub-contractors during preventive maintenance

You repair components or sub-assembly in order to replace them

You participate to machine receipt at supplier with process engineering

You participate to maintenance 5S and respect 5S in preventive maintenance

You respect recycling of waste

You perform process changes on production flow as required

Youu perform maintenance on production lines as needed

Lets Talk About You..

Education/Training Formal Apprenticeship Program and/or equivalent training and experience performing job functions Professional Experience 2-4 years Automotive experience Plastics molding machine repair and maintenance Preferred PLC and robot experience Preferred You will perform maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical knowledge and degreed proficiency in trades such as electrical, electronics, set-up and use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments, set-up and operation of standard machine tools; selection of materials

Examination of machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of problem, dismantling machines and performing repairs
