3D Generalist

Employ cutting edge 3D graphics techniques including high poly and low poly modeling (Maya and ZBrush), baking normal and displacement maps from high-poly to game-res meshes, shader manipulation, modular construction and assembly techniques, including knowledge of baked and dynamic lighting models
Create textures using Photoshop and Substance Painter/Designer for proprietary game shaders
Work directly with Art Director, Designers and Engineers in the game development process
This is early in the game development cycle, you’ll need to be flexible with the ability to prototype
Develop innovative solutions to visual problems
Create and implement 2d and 3d art content (characters, environments, lighting, effects etc) for prototype and in game use in multiple styles
Help bridge communication between art, design and engineering teams, providing insight and solutions to make game development better for artists
Preparation of cross platform advertising assets to support a number of mobile games
The ability to deliver work of a high standard while retaining accuracy when working with tight deadlines
Following creative direction and ensuring the look and feel of each game title is carried through all assets and evolved when required
